Screen Printing Process:
The design is separated by color and prepared for printing. The individual screens are created for each color in the design. Then, ink is pushed through the screens onto the garment, one color at a time. Each print is cured with heat to ensure durability and color longevity. Finished garments are inspected for consistency and quality. Screen printing is perfect for bulk orders, team apparel, and designs with solid colors that need a professional, high-impact finish.

DTF, or Direct-to-Film, is a modern heat-transfer printing method that allows full-color, highly detailed designs to be applied to a wide variety of fabrics. It produces vibrant color, sharp detail, and excellent durability on both light and dark garments.

DTF Printing Process: The design is digitally printed in full color onto a special transfer film using DTF inks. A powdered adhesive is applied to the wet ink and cured with heat. The prepared film is placed onto the garment and heat-pressed. Once cooled, the film is peeled away, leaving a durable, flexible print bonded to the fabric. DTF works well on cotton, polyester, blends, and more, making it a great option for custom apparel with complex designs or multiple colors.
