Screenprinting

Screen printing is a classic, time-tested method known for bold color, clean lines, and long-lasting results. It’s ideal for custom apparel that needs to stand out—whether it’s simple logos or detailed designs. By layering ink directly into the fabric, screen printing delivers vibrant color and a smooth feel that holds up wash after wash.

Screen Printing Process:
The design is separated by color and prepared for printing. The individual screens are created for each color in the design. Then, ink is pushed through the screens onto the garment, one color at a time. Each print is cured with heat to ensure durability and color longevity. Finished garments are inspected for consistency and quality. Screen printing is perfect for bulk orders, team apparel, and designs with solid colors that need a professional, high-impact finish.

Embroidery

Embroidery adds a timeless, professional touch to custom apparel. Using precision stitching and rich thread color, designs are sewn directly into the fabric for a textured, high-end finish. It’s ideal for logos, names, and detailed artwork that need durability and a polished look that won’t fade or peel.

Embroidery Process: The design is digitized and converted into a stitch-ready file. Then, thread colors and stitch types are selected for the best detail and coverage. Next, the garment is securely hooped to ensure accurate placement. The design is then stitched using our high-speed embroidery machines. Once completed, each piece is trimmed, inspected, and finished for quality and consistency.
Embroidery works well on hats, polos, jackets, bags, and more—making it a popular choice for professional and long-lasting custom branding.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing:

DTF, or Direct-to-Film, is a modern heat-transfer printing method that allows full-color, highly detailed designs to be applied to a wide variety of fabrics. It produces vibrant color, sharp detail, and excellent durability on both light and dark garments.

DTF Printing Process: The design is digitally printed in full color onto a special transfer film using DTF inks. A powdered adhesive is applied to the wet ink and cured with heat. The prepared film is placed onto the garment and heat-pressed. Once cooled, the film is peeled away, leaving a durable, flexible print bonded to the fabric. DTF works well on cotton, polyester, blends, and more, making it a great option for custom apparel with complex designs or multiple colors.
